Damaged Goods

And then to stand there.
To stand there with your head held high and show your scars.
Not to glorify.
But to not hide them away.
To not have forgotten how it was to be obvious.
Not have totally lost yourself within the feeling of being broken.

This work is a reminder of how it feels to be damaged goods. How it feels to be broken and to have that urge to mend yourself.
